My dad and I came here while on vacation to treat ourselves and it was amazing! I got acrylic with gel, chrome, and a heart design and she was fast and they look really good. My dad got a french tip with dip powder and loves them. This previous Friday, I ventured to the Spa and relished the warm reception throughout the resort, as well as a delightful tour led by Bella to showcase the additional offerings of the resort. While I stayed at the JW this time, I am considering staying here on my next visit to Newport Beach. Underwent a 60-minute facial with Emily and it was truly the most outstanding facial experience I've ever had (and I've had quite a few). Emily was incredibly meticulous and provided detailed explanations throughout the process. She dedicated ample time and delivered exceptional results! My skin, previously dry, rough, and sun-damaged, was transformed to being soft, smooth, and rejuvenated! I had a fantastic experience for two days in a row at Angel Nails & Spa. The first day I called and they were able to accommodate me for a fill and pedicure right away. After arriving, I had an emergency arise and did not have time for the pedicure. They completed the fill and rescheduled me for the pedicure the following morning to fit my schedule. I will be honest, the price was slightly higher than what I am used to paying; however, being right by the beach, the location made it understandable and not unreasonable. I paid $65 for the pedicure and $70 for my fill with one repair. They offer various types of pedicures and even massages! They provide you with a menu which was unique and enjoyable! All of the staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. My prior 2 encounters with a local hair guru were far from stellar, resulting in a less-than-desirable haircut. I stumbled upon Gloria's profile on Style Seat. I was torn between two thoughts: either her extensive experience would make her inflexible to feedback or she would be exceptional. Taking a leap of faith, I decided to give her a try, and I'm glad I did! Gloria immediately made me feel at ease with her quiet confidence and attentive ear to my concerns. Her reassuring "I hear you and I've got this" approach put me at ease. And she delivered! I left with the best haircut and stunning highlights of the year. This initial visit surely won't be my last.
