I echo the sentiment about the front desk mentioned in the previous review. We had appointments scheduled at the Maple Grove, TX location instead of the Plymouth, TX location as requested. Despite informing the Plymouth location about using our vouchers, the receptionist at Maple Grove insisted they do not accept vouchers. This was frustrating, especially after they had to reschedule one of our massages. The refusal to honor the voucher and the lack of cooperation between the two locations left me extremely disappointed. Consistency in policy enforcement is crucial. The entire experience left a sour taste.

WARNING ⚠️!!! Avoid this establishment and their membership at all costs. Canceling the membership was a nightmare. I was left with sessions to utilize within a specific timeframe, which I diligently tried to do by booking all appointments promptly. However, on one occasion, the therapist had to cancel. When I visited in person to reschedule, I encountered Demina, or a similar name. She rescheduled the appointment outside the agreed dates without informing me. After the session, I was informed that I was outside the timeframe and owed the full price. Despite my frustration, she offered a discounted membership price, only to later shift blame onto a former manager who was no longer employed there. In reality, Demina was the one who made the scheduling error, as I personally booked with her on that day. It was a disappointing experience, and I ended up paying to avoid confrontation. Since the appointment was canceled by them, I should not have been charged again for a service I had already paid for. My advice; steer clear of this place. It brings more stress than relaxation and is not worth the hassle of canceling.

I have a monthly subscription, it’s great to carve out some time for myself each month. I appreciate the ease of finding a convenient time for my appointments. The massage therapists and aestheticians are all professional and attentive.
