Classy Cuts

Took my son for a quick haircut before school. The older lady lacked people skills and professionalism. She spoke poorly of her colleagues and was unkind to my son, who struggles with focus and sitting still. Her remarks like "My grandson can do it, why can't you?" were inappropriate. Despite his good behavior, she failed to deliver a proper skin fade haircut. I requested a short skin fade, but the result was not as expected. I regret not finding another salon with openings. The experience was disappointing, and we realized the haircut's flaws only when we got home.

I showed them a picture for inspiration but ended up with colors I didn't want. They toned my hair four times, yet it's still not right - three different shades of blonde at one point, and my hair even turned purple during the process. I suspect I have a chemical burn on my scalp. They didn't use foils as requested, and I was charged $122. I've had professional hair treatments for years without issues. The only positive aspect was the friendly staff. Cannot recommend this salon.

I adore how they devote time to your hair, ensuring a flawless dye job. Kathy excels in hair dyeing, and Karrie is exceptional with men's haircuts. She has a knack for fading haircuts, my boyfriend's hair looks fantastic after she works on it. We genuinely appreciate their expertise and care.
