Took my son for a quick haircut before school. The older lady lacked people skills and professionalism. She spoke poorly of her colleagues and was unkind to my son, who struggles with focus and sitting still. Her remarks like "My grandson can do it, why can't you?" were inappropriate. Despite his good behavior, she failed to deliver a proper skin fade haircut. I requested a short skin fade, but the result was not as expected. I regret not finding another salon with openings.
