I've noticed several reviews mentioning rude male associates at the store, and we had a similar encounter. Two male Ulta employees looked us up and down without being friendly or helpful. They seemed more interested in their own conversation than assisting customers. I'll be back but will avoid these employees.
My experiences at Ulta are usually pleasant, but yesterday, an employee made me very uncomfortable. I quickly grabbed what I needed and left because he was in the MAC area. He was tall, had a beard, and made my business his business, which was strange and awkward.
