The individual assigned to me displayed extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness. After checking in and taking a seat, a woman with short, curly hair approached me. I thought she was asking for my name, so I provided it, but she continued to stare at me. In response, I mentioned "pedicure." She then gestured for me to follow her to a chair. Subsequently, another employee said something to her in their native tongue, prompting her to abruptly leave without explanation or apology. Upon her return, she simply instructed me to sit. 😡 Why beckon me over initially? Frustrated by the lack of courtesy, I left and have no intention of returning.
I recently started visiting this place for nail services. My experience with Tiffany has been exceptional. Tiffany is very skilled and delicate in handling my nails. Moreover, she is incredibly personable and easy to converse with. I wholeheartedly recommend her services.
