I have provided feedback previously, but upon reading many others, I've noticed a pattern of cashier misconduct towards individuals of various backgrounds (African American and Hispanic). When multiple people consistently report instances of racism at this establishment, it raises concerns. One would expect the regional manager to scrutinize the store manager and the cashier staff to understand why this store has a history of racial discrimination complaints. It seems ULTA is indifferent. As long as they continue to make money, having ignorant cashiers and managers is seemingly acceptable, as long as it doesn't affect white customers. Personally, I prefer shopping at Sephora. Given this store's track record, I wouldn't even consider shopping online with them.
This store is a huge letdown! The customer service is abysmal, except for one friendly cashier. The women on the floor are unhelpful. During the lipstick sale, I tried out several shades, 4-6 in total. Not once did anyone offer to assist me. One lady restocking items seemed irritated that I was nearby. Another woman was engrossed in her phone, likely texting. A third employee was occupied with a customer. Due to the poor service, I'll be taking my business online from now on!
An exceptional spot for the special lady in your life. The women here make it effortless for a gentleman to browse and purchase items for the women in his life. The selection is quite overwhelming, with a wide variety available. They carry top-tier brands as well as more budget-friendly options. It's easy to get lost in the choices, but thankfully, the staff will go above and beyond to assist you in making a decision. Conveniently located, with more variety than the major department stores. Additionally, they have a beauty bar in the back for indulging your loved ones in specialized services. A superb store.
