I've been visiting this nail spa for about 5 years and I absolutely adore it. I made the switch from acrylics to the dip technique and I'm thrilled with the results. They utilize a special "solar" powder that maintains its color and doesn't turn yellow, allowing me to go 3-4 weeks between fills. Their pedicures are truly exceptional, and I have a deep affection for the entire team. The establishment is spotless, well-run, and conveniently located. I have provided feedback previously, but upon reading many others, I've noticed a pattern of cashier misconduct towards individuals of various backgrounds (African American and Hispanic). When multiple people consistently report instances of racism at this establishment, it raises concerns. One would expect the regional manager to scrutinize the store manager and the cashier staff to understand why this store has a history of racial discrimination complaints. It seems ULTA is indifferent. As long as they continue to make money, having ignorant cashiers and managers is seemingly acceptable, as long as it doesn't affect white customers. Personally, I prefer shopping at Sephora. Given this store's track record, I wouldn't even consider shopping online with them.About

Consistently friendly, professional, and punctual. They are accommodating even if you bring extra guests. The work they do is outstanding, whether it's manicures or waxing, I highly recommend them. Weekends can get a bit crowded, so patience is key, but the wait is never too long. They can recreate nail designs from any picture I've shown them. I've been a customer since they opened during the pandemic, always a fun time and highly recommended. Just like with tattoos, you get what you pay for. My nails can last up to 2 months. I visited a week ago for the first time. I paid $65 for these! I prefer longer nails and usually opt for shellac/acrylic because I'm tough on them. I communicated this to the individual, but they insisted dip/tips were superior and would last 4 weeks. My previous nail technician always cautioned me against doing dip with long nails. It's not sturdy enough. After their persistent "just try it, you'll adore it, promise. Your natural nails will be so robust after this"... I relented. One week later, it snapped off, along with breaking my real nail while grocery shopping. I would give zero stars but it’s not possible. Pedicure water was cold, pedicure was mediocre. And AFTER the pedi, they start to soak my dip. Forgetting about me until it all dried up with dip now under around my nails and all over my hands. I asked them to help and still nothing. After a half-hour more, I left with nails undone. No wonder the place was empty and only 3 nail techs. I had high hopes for this salon being my go-to spot for nail care. However, after today's experience, it's safe to say I won't be returning.
I came in for a fill and pedicure. An elderly person informed me there was no time for a pedicure and proceeded to call the nail technician to come in. Insisting that all my nails needed to be removed, despite only having a new full set two visits ago. Now I'm left soaking in acetone for 35 long minutes. The goo from the nails is all over my hands and refuses to wash off, still lingering on my skin!
When the technician finally arrived, she worked on my nails while constantly taking calls from family and friends in her native language. I requested her to clean under my nails, but instead, she smoothed and beveled the tips, not what I had asked for.
Meanwhile, two other individuals were receiving pedicures from another lady. The technician finished her call just in time to move on to the next client, leaving me sitting there.
