I had high hopes for this salon being my go-to spot for nail care. However, after today's experience, it's safe to say I won't be returning. I came in for a fill and pedicure. An elderly person informed me there was no time for a pedicure and proceeded to call the nail technician to come in. Insisting that all my nails needed to be removed, despite only having a new full set two visits ago. Now I'm left soaking in acetone for 35 long minutes. The goo from the nails is all over my hands and refuses to wash off, still lingering on my skin! When the technician finally arrived, she worked on my nails while constantly taking calls from family and friends in her native language. I requested her to clean under my nails, but instead, she smoothed and beveled the tips, not what I had asked for. Meanwhile, two other individuals were receiving pedicures from another lady. The technician finished her call just in time to move on to the next client, leaving me sitting there. She only returned to charge me before moving on.
I must say, each time I visit this salon, I am consistently delighted. The staff here is incredibly kind to both my daughter and me. Mrs. CiCi and Mrs. Ann always keep our nails looking fantastic. I feel a sense of safety, security, and never feel rushed, especially when I have an appointment. This place is truly a hidden treasure, and I am grateful to have discovered it.
The proprietor of this establishment was exceptionally pleasant and conducted herself with utmost professionalism. I gave her free rein to work her magic, and she gifted me with this stunning set of nails! Even now, over a week later, they still look absolutely marvelous.
