I've been visiting this nail spa for about 5 years and I absolutely adore it. I made the switch from acrylics to the dip technique and I'm thrilled with the results. They utilize a special "solar" powder that maintains its color and doesn't turn yellow, allowing me to go 3-4 weeks between fills. Their pedicures are truly exceptional, and I have a deep affection for the entire team. The establishment is spotless, well-run, and conveniently located. I wholeheartedly recommend this nail spa!
If I could rate it a 0.5, I certainly would. The nails are passable, but I can still see the edges of my nails. I went in for a powdered dip... and by the time I left, the top coat wasn't applied properly. I returned the next day to have it fixed and to add 2 designs. The designs are cute, but seriously? Why are the top coats and designs peeling off so soon??? It hasn't even been a full week, and my nails are already loosening. I definitely do not suggest this place. Especially when all you want is to have your nails done properly after putting in the effort.
I used to be a fan of this place, but many individuals departed, and they were replaced by individuals who seem inexperienced. Today, I received a pedicure, eyebrow waxing, and a full set with the powder (dip). The pedicure was acceptable, but the lady who did my eyebrows accidentally removed a chunk from one eyebrow. My eyebrows were completely uneven! As for my nails, they were placed crookedly and didn't align with the shape of my fingers, revealing my actual nail bed. The powder application was thick and uneven. Additionally, she applied hot wax to my hands to address rough skin, and when I reached the checkout counter, I was taken aback by the price! Regrettably, I paid and promptly went elsewhere to have my nails redone and my eyebrows fixed. I've been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, you've lost my business to paradise nails.
