I truly recommend this establishment. The team is polite and highly skilled. The ambiance is pleasant and welcoming. It is the ultimate place for your waxing needs. They prioritize your skin's well-being, providing personalized recommendations for before and after care. The staff is not pushy, but genuinely caring. I will certainly return and encourage anyone, regardless of gender, to visit. Tayler performed exceptionally well, making my first visit comfortable. The availability of both soft and hard wax is a plus, with my preference leaning towards hard wax.
To clarify, hard wax is used here. While I've had painless and quick experiences with soft wax elsewhere, this was quite painful. I considered stopping midway. The waxing did not remove all hair, as some strands were deemed too short by the staff. The first-time discount was appreciated, but I will not be returning. The positive aspect was the excellent service provided by a staff member.
