Your webpage is not user-friendly. I attempted to locate the Mankato store, but it displayed every store except the one in Mankato.
My online shopping encounter was abysmal. I do not recommend this service. They are failing to fulfill orders from their inventory. Despite being charged, my order has not shipped even after 14 days, although they promised a 3-day shipment. Customer service informed me they cannot guarantee cancellation of my order, leaving me in limbo. If I decide to purchase the item elsewhere to ensure I have it for Christmas as intended, I risk being charged twice and encountering difficulties with returns. While I initially aimed to support a small business, I will now revert to using Amazon. This experience has left me greatly disappointed.
I am uncertain how to express my thoughts on this establishment. A portion of the staff is amiable and proficient, while the rest lack competence. I purchased a pallet of horse bedding pellets, a routine purchase for me. When Adam is on duty, everything proceeds smoothly. However, I advise steering clear of Ryan, as he carelessly dragged the heavy pallet across my truck bed, causing damage to the bed liner and goose neck hole covers. I had to prompt him to use the extended fork covers. When I informed him about the damage to my truck liner, his response was dismissive. I used to enjoy visiting this store, but now I am discontinuing my patronage and seeking alternatives.
