This is my third visit and each time they have exceeded my expectations. The staff is welcoming, attentive to my preferences, and work quickly to deliver exceptional results. I will definitely be returning for future haircuts!
Despite showing a reference photo of my previous haircut, the stylist went much shorter than desired. The result is choppy and inconsistent, with noticeable uneven sections.
I asked for a short style on the right and longer layers on the left, but the final look is a mess. The sides are uneven and the overall cut appears haphazard. While the service was good, the outcome is disappointing.
