I made a last-minute appointment at this nail salon because my usual spot was fully booked. I was in a rush and showed the technician a photo of the pink, glittery nails I wanted. I mentioned I only wanted white polish on my toes due to time constraints. However, she ended up painting all my nails white instead of just the base color. Despite the mix-up, I didn't raise any concerns as I had to attend a funeral urgently. I paid $103 for an acrylic fill and pedicure, which is more than what I usually spend. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours later, the nail polish started chipping, even with regular daily activities. I had to visit my regular salon, pay full price, and get my nails redone. I won't be returning to this salon in the future.
I had a French nail fill done at this salon. After the service, I noticed visible old nail tips and discoloration on each fingernail. When I pointed this out, the technician claimed she couldn't see it and suggested I needed a completely new set next time. This was a disappointing experience for me as I had never encountered this issue before. I wouldn't recommend this place to others based on my experience.
I’ve been frequenting this place for about a year now. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating; they can usually fit me in on the same day. I always leave satisfied with my acrylic nails!
