Festival foods are, for the most part, reasonably priced, considering the high price of everything. They do have a great selection of food, clothing, household items, and animal supplies. They do have an excellent selection of sale items weekly
12/27/24 11:30am. Always enjoy the local meat selection here. The blood sausage, head cheese, liver products and the normal sausages and like. Great seafood and produce department. I had a MN Festival Rewards card which did not work. Neither the liquor nor grocery cashiers suggested signing me up. Strange. Rewards means repeat business and there is a new Festival in Hudson. Not too likely to try it out now.
Doug in liquor needs to find a new job. When I checked out with a handful of items, it was clearly too much for him to handle. He ended up not giving me one of my bags. Sure, people make mistakes, but when I called back, he was completely clueless about what I was talking about. Like, where did it go? Seemed as if he would get in trouble for admitting he screwed up. He told me there's nothing he could do about it, so now I'm out on some overpriced shrimp, a bag of sweet onions, and who knows what else since he didn't give me a receipt. He was more concerned about putting the stupid sticker on my case of beer so I could walk 30 feet to my car rather than finish the task of checking me out. Hey Festival! Give me some kind of contact info so I can give you the rest of the story and also so I can get some kind of retribution! But of course, that won't happen.
