I opted for the dry head spa with massage treatment. Nina provided excellent care! She was extremely professional and kind. This was truly one of the most delightful experiences I've had. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect and will certainly be returning!
I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. I have been getting my nails done here for approximately 7 months, and my last two appointments were with different nail technicians who did not adhere to the same Japanese gel protocols. I always found it odd when the front desk inquired if it mattered if "a Japanese girl" did my nails. Following my last visit, my nails are in the worst condition they have ever been. The technician filed my nails down excessively, resulting in thin and unhealthy nails compared to how they were with the Japanese gel previously. I currently have six broken nails after just two weeks. Additionally, everyone charges different prices, leading to a lack of consistency.
Nina was truly exceptional. It exceeded all my expectations. The only suggestion I have is regarding the noise level at the reception area upstairs, not the front desk. It seemed to be coming from the nail salon in the back perhaps. It would enhance the spa ambiance if they could lower their voices. I will definitely be returning.
