It was satisfactory, it was thoughtful of them to accommodate me last minute, but I wish they had paraffin wax. I just returned home from my manicure/pedicure and the gel on my nails is wrinkled. They inform you post-payment that a 20% gratuity is required, not included. If tipping is mandatory, it should be factored into the price. Paying $75 (for a standard pedicure with regular polish and a regular gel manicure) and then an obligatory $15 tip on top ($90 total) seemed a bit steep to me, especially since the gel finish is not smooth. It's an adequate nail salon for quick services. Bring cash as they charge extra for card payments. (fortunately, I had cash on hand)

It was acceptable, they had a wide range of gel colors and offered a standard price (with a good discount for cash payments). They accommodated me as a walk-in. However, I dislike that they use a drill to remove gel manicures and rely heavily on drills, which can be damaging to my nails. The service felt rushed, I was not offered a shoulder massage, and the attention to detail in nail preparation was lacking. My polish ended up somewhat uneven with small particles in it. I chose a dark shade so the imperfections are less noticeable, but with a nude color, it would look unappealing.

WOWWW!!! If only I had Mollie where I reside I would finally cease attempting to do my own nails -___-!! Mollie was not only very pleasant and patient, but the entire team here was kind and professional. I am quite particular when it comes to my nails, and hardly anyone can fulfill simple requests without attitude or lack of skill while also maintaining professionalism, but not Mollie. She was incredibly meticulous and a perfectionist just like me with the final outcome. If I requested any adjustments that I could notice, she would address them without any hesitation. Locating an exceptional nail technician for dip powder nails is quite challenging, so if you're in the area, visiting her is a no-brainer. I've been using dip powder for some time now, allowing my nails to grow naturally, no need for extensions, and only paying for the dip set. Their prices are also reasonable if you compare and shop around. The first photo shows my nails right after the dip, and the second photo with the green background is from today, over 2 WEEKS after the initial application! Not a single nail has chipped! Wistaria truly excels in customer service and quality!!
