This salon is top-notch - spotless, easily accessible, prompt appointments, and a team of professionals. I'm amazed at the virtually painless Brazilian waxes I've received here. Each staff member has been attentive, ensuring my comfort and checking in on me regularly during the session.
I went in for a Brazilian wax along with upper lip and chin treatments. I've been to this waxing studio thrice now, and while the location is convenient for me, and the customer service is excellent, I had a disappointing experience on my last visit on November 15th. I was advised to return for a touch-up on the 29th, but due to my schedule, I had to reschedule for December 1st, which is today. The person who performed the waxing said I could still avail the touch-up, but when I inquired at the front desk, I was informed the cost would be $100.31. I explained that I missed the initial appointment and should not be charged the full amount, but the receptionist insisted on the higher price. Paying over $100 from $91 just two weeks ago felt like a rip-off, but I had to rush back to work, so I reluctantly paid. I won't be returning to this salon. Feeling quite let down. 😔 😕 😞.
