Absolutely unprofessional! Avoid at all costs. I had to return because Alexia botched the initial color job. After 3 hours and a payment of $340, I definitely did not resemble a blonde. I immediately pointed out that the color was incorrect. Alexia mentioned on Instagram that I could return for up to 6 blonde stripes fixed for free, but any additional corrections would incur extra charges. When I arrived for the second appointment to rectify the mistake, I discovered that it had been canceled due to the colorist's illness (seriously?). No one bothered to inform me. Instead of a simple apology and a promise to reschedule, the owner verbally attacked me, claiming I arrived with orange hair and that they had fixed it. Who treats new clients in such a disrespectful manner? Timothy, your behavior was rude and uncalled for. You have shown your true colors. I wish you peace and happiness in your life. Check out the pictures below: the first is on the service day, the second is 21 days later. Do I look blonde to you?!
My visits to the Salon are consistently wonderful. The staff is professional, accommodating, and above all, very pleasant. In particular, Harper handled the color treatment - highlights - for my hair (purple/lavender). Thank you, Harper. I absolutely adore how my hair looks - it brings me joy. I receive genuine compliments from friends and strangers alike. "Your hair looks amazing" and "I love the energy!"
I feel revitalized, invigorated, and recharged after a session with Sam, a wizard in styling and coloring. Sam and their partner, Riley, manage this stunning salon in Downtown East. The salon always hums with lively customers. Over the past two decades, I have witnessed the exceptional work of the highly talented Sam and their proficient team. Riley maintains impeccable client relations and ensures smooth operations. My ecstatic experience now transcends into 2024.
