The studio is pleasant, I had my lashes done there twice. Unfortunately, the second time they all fell out in nearly 2 weeks... The staff is really kind and attractive but the manager was quite rude. After I explained the situation and lodged a complaint, they offered me a 10% discount, but I declined. I never returned. That same manager called me back questioning how she came off as rude (not even offering an apology for the behavior but trying to justify it) when I never even gave them permission to do so.
I am absolutely in love with my Lashes!!! The team is fantastic... The location is perfect and my lashes are absolutely Gorgeous!! I adore waking up in the morning and feeling beautiful and prepared without needing any makeup. Being someone who wears glasses and contacts, it is incredibly convenient not having to use mascara or any other eye makeup and still feeling as Stunning as ever!! Shewinks is the Absolute Best!!

I recently contacted She Winks Lash Studio to book an appointment which Maya was able to schedule for me right away. Ramona, the owner, is fantastic. She took the time to educate me about the business and the skilled technicians whom she trains meticulously. Today, I had my lash extensions done by Victoria. She took her time and delicately gave me the most beautifully shaped lash extensions, mentioning she created a mix of a cat-eye and a stunning look. Afterwards, when settling the bill, Maya informed me about the classes offered by the Studio. I highly recommend inquiring about the classes if you are interested in learning about lash extensions and micro-blading eyebrow services. The studio is located on 45th street between 6th and 7th Avenue. The entrance of the building is well-maintained. The Studio is situated on the 2nd floor. The ambiance of the studio is stylish, fabulous, and refreshing. The lashes are flawless and lightweight. As a Google Local Guide, I wholeheartedly recommend SHE WINKS LASH STUDIO. I had an AMAZING experience. This is now my go-to spot for lash extensions. The lashes last for over a month. Give it a try for yourself.
