I have frequented this establishment for several years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I requested a full-body massage followed by a 30-minute foot massage. However, they insisted on conducting the foot massage in the front chairs, which I knew were not cleaned or changed regularly. Despite my reservations, I proceeded. After the foot massage, they claimed to be too busy to provide the full 30-minute back massage and instead offered a chair massage, which I declined. To add to the frustration, a male customer who arrived after my friend and me was taken in for a massage before us. We visit for quality massages, so this treatment was perplexing. I wish I could give Skin Bar more than 5 stars. I have been a member for over two years and they have completely transformed the texture and tone of my skin. I usually see Alex and they are incredible. I have rosacea so my skin is highly sensitive and they always customize the treatment perfectly. I have not experienced a flare-up in over a year. I also tried the microneedling for my wedding and my makeup artist commented on how much my skin texture had improved since my trial, after just one treatment.
