The studio is pleasant, I had my lashes done there twice. Unfortunately, the second time they all fell out in nearly 2 weeks... The staff is really kind and attractive but the manager was quite rude. After I explained the situation and lodged a complaint, they offered me a 10% discount, but I declined. I never returned. I wish I could offer a more positive review because the staff is incredibly kind, but unfortunately, I cannot. Everything about my acrylic manicure was flawless - except inexplicably, each of my nails has these strange specks and black particles in them. They are only visible under direct sunlight, which is why I did not notice them at the salon. I am unsure if it's due to inadequate cleaning of the nails before the final coat or if there was contamination in the acrylic powder itself, resulting in debris. I am truly dissatisfied with the unsightly appearance of my nails.
The dark specks and white residue embedded in the powder are distinctly visible upon close inspection even after washing my hands and wiping my nails. The nail color I selected was meant to be a solid blue. I have never encountered this issue at any other nail salon before, hence I am perplexed and somewhat repulsed by what transpired this time.About
