I requested acrylic tips on only four fingers but was pressured into getting plastic tips I did not desire. The technician assured me she would replace them if they broke, as I had warned. However, she refused to provide the same service as others. Not only did the woman accidentally cut me multiple times, but she also did a terrible job overall. When I returned to fix the nails she claimed wouldn't break, she charged me an additional $40 and did an even worse job than before. She laughed and mocked the outcome. I kept the nails just to write this review. The salon also deceives customers about pricing, proper nail hygiene, and nail technician practices. Be cautious. Save your money and find peace elsewhere.About

Don’t waste your time or money. I ended up with roots a completely different hue my lengths. When I asked to fix the lengths to match I was refused. If I wanted two tone hair, I could have done that myself instead of paying $200. I was told this is what I asked for - the stylist mixed the color without even showing me swatches first. Your definition of chestnut isn’t universal lady. 🌰 this is not what shade my hair ended up. When I asked for my layers to be blended it more I was told “no one will notice when you curl your hair” - that’s nice but I wear my hair straight and if I’m paying for a cut, I shouldn’t have to worry about hiding mistakes so “no one will notice” - I should leave with hair looking good. If you can’t cut or dye hair, maybe you shouldn’t be working at a hair salon, but what do I know? Practically shooed me out the door when I asked for it to be fixed.
