It can get quite busy (so calling ahead is advisable), but I've never felt rushed. The manager who welcomes you is exceptionally kind and professional, managing a spotless establishment that caters to individuals of all genders. My last session with Jenny not only relieved my stubborn knots but also included an incredibly soothing head massage (I may have unintentionally snored a few times - apologies to any other patrons I may have disturbed). I was eagerly looking forward to experiencing this nail salon, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Opting for a chrome gel manicure, I noticed the application was sloppy from the start. The technician assured me it would improve after washing my hands. However, even days later, the cuticles appeared messy (1st image). The polish began chipping almost immediately, with significant wear visible in under a week. By day 11, nearly all my nails were chipping (last image). Alright!!! I don't usually leave feedback. I had my first American blowout here on Sunday. It's spotless and well-lit. While waiting for my slot, many individuals were getting their hair done and they looked fantastic. When it was my turn for the American blowout, Rakan worked on my hair. He shampooed me, blow-dried, applied the AB, blow-dried then flat ironed me in very small sections about 18 times. This gives a sleeker appearance, but I was told it’s customizable based on how many sections they do. My hair was PIN STRAIGHT and incredibly soft. I had never experienced that before, so I was thrilled. He advised me to wash it when I got home, and honestly, I was anxious because my hair is frizzy, wavy, tangled, and unmanageable. I use heat tools every day which was causing damage. After my first wash, I was so nervous to see if it worked. I quickly blow-dried it and was amazed, it was smooth, frizz-free, and almost completely pin straight. It took about three minutes from start to finish to style my hair. I couldn’t stop touching it and I’m so happy I could cry while writing this review. I feel so beautiful because my hair is finally manageable and feels amazing. Rakan was absolutely fantastic. He guided me through every step and was efficient. The whole process took about an hour. I can't wait to return for my next one! I wish I could give Skin Bar more than 5 stars. I have been a member for over two years and they have completely transformed the texture and tone of my skin. I usually see Alex and they are incredible. I have rosacea so my skin is highly sensitive and they always customize the treatment perfectly. I have not experienced a flare-up in over a year. I also tried the microneedling for my wedding and my makeup artist commented on how much my skin texture had improved since my trial, after just one treatment.
