I was eagerly looking forward to experiencing this nail salon, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Opting for a chrome gel manicure, I noticed the application was sloppy from the start. The technician assured me it would improve after washing my hands. However, even days later, the cuticles appeared messy (1st image). The polish began chipping almost immediately, with significant wear visible in under a week. By day 11, nearly all my nails were chipping (last image).
