I wish I could offer a more positive review because the staff is incredibly kind, but unfortunately, I cannot. Everything about my acrylic manicure was flawless - except inexplicably, each of my nails has these strange specks and black particles in them. They are only visible under direct sunlight, which is why I did not notice them at the salon. I am unsure if it's due to inadequate cleaning of the nails before the final coat or if there was contamination in the acrylic powder itself, resulting in debris. I am truly dissatisfied with the unsightly appearance of my nails.
The dark specks and white residue embedded in the powder are distinctly visible upon close inspection even after washing my hands and wiping my nails. The nail color I selected was meant to be a solid blue. I have never encountered this issue at any other nail salon before, hence I am perplexed and somewhat repulsed by what transpired this time.About

It was satisfactory, it was thoughtful of them to accommodate me last minute, but I wish they had paraffin wax. I just returned home from my manicure/pedicure and the gel on my nails is wrinkled. They inform you post-payment that a 20% gratuity is required, not included. If tipping is mandatory, it should be factored into the price. Paying $75 (for a standard pedicure with regular polish and a regular gel manicure) and then an obligatory $15 tip on top ($90 total) seemed a bit steep to me, especially since the gel finish is not smooth. It's an adequate nail salon for quick services. Bring cash as they charge extra for card payments. This establishment is discriminatory and intolerant. Full stop. I visited for a nail treatment. I requested acrylic tips on only four fingers but was pressured into getting plastic tips I did not desire. The technician assured me she would replace them if they broke, as I had warned. However, she refused to provide the same service as others. Not only did the woman accidentally cut me multiple times, but she also did a terrible job overall. When I returned to fix the nails she claimed wouldn't break, she charged me an additional $40 and did an even worse job than before. She laughed and mocked the outcome. I kept the nails just to write this review. The salon also deceives customers about pricing, proper nail hygiene, and nail technician practices. Be cautious. Save your money and find peace elsewhere.About

This is my nails after 3 weeks. Absolutely love this place. My nail tech (I believe his name is Alex) is very gentle and did a very great job. He made sure that I like the color and the shape before moving on. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my cuticle skin, he did a great job but it was still not the best for me. The salon was cleaned, all the tools they use were sanitized, which made me so impressed. The pedicure was okay, not too excellent. I guess the pedicurist was new, but they’re all so nice to me. I paid $50 for my manicure, $60 for pedicure, which I think pretty reasonable. Definitely have to go back if I have a chance.About

This establishment did not meet my expectations. Initially, the individual took an excessive amount of time despite my time constraints. She had assured me it would be completed promptly, yet it took nearly 2 hours for a dip without prior removal. Furthermore, the quality of my nails was subpar. Varying lengths, a single coat of powder resulting in a patchy and translucent finish, uneven surfaces, and inconsistent nail shapes. The pricing was exorbitant, $55 for regular dip powder escalating to $89 with a tip, a $34 increase for gratuity alone. I was astounded by the cost considering the unsatisfactory outcome. I do not intend to return. The discrepancy in nail appearance is evident in the photo, with distinct differences between my left and right hand. Upon expressing my discontent with the owner, no amends were offered. This experience was unprecedented, and I seek appropriate compensation.
Edit: Three nails broke within two days due to excessive drilling, and all nails detached within a week. Unbelievable.About

It was the most thorough and relaxing pedicure I've ever experienced, complete with callus removal and a fantastic 10-minute massage. The staff was exceptionally kind, ensuring that I was comfortable and pampered. I was even offered a blanket during my pedicure and checked on multiple times to ensure my comfort. I came here hoping for a higher class and quality nail salon but I was mistaken. I asked for the chrome gel manicure, I was told upfront it was $80. It’s a steep price tag (a nail salon downtown charges $50 for the same service) but I was happy to pay the price but with the expectation the service would be equivalent to the price. After patiently waiting 10 mins for the technician, she started with me all frazzled and rushing. No one should use an e-file if they do not receive the proper training on how to use them. I have one at home that I use for my own cuticles and never damage my nails in the process. She started filing down my nails at the nail bed instead of the cuticle which was hurting me. She told me I needed to relax and I asked her to please only lift and file the cuticle, NOT my nail.
She continued to proceed so I asked her to use cuticle oil and cuticle cutters and that I was switching to a regular manicure. She proceeded to comment on “how bad” my cuticles were. I took a photo one week later with the damage to my nail.
To make it more annoying, when another technician asked her why the manicure was switched she said “she changed her mind and doesn’t want to pay for the gel.” I didn’t change my mind because of the price, I changed my mind because I didn’t feel it was right for me to pay $80 for someone to ruin my nails. She also did a poor job painting the nails.
Only giving 1 star because I paid for a 10 minute massage and the gentleman who was the masseuse was exceptional.
