The studio is pleasant, I had my lashes done there twice. Unfortunately, the second time they all fell out in nearly 2 weeks... The staff is really kind and attractive but the manager was quite rude. After I explained the situation and lodged a complaint, they offered me a 10% discount, but I declined. I never returned. My recent visit was a letdown, a loyal customer for years. 5th Ave spot made changes, moving the studio downstairs to the shopping area. They removed comfy chairs for both clients and brow specialists, impacting the end result. No privacy, all eyes on you from inside and outside. Studio now near elevator and their storage, constant foot traffic, loud and uncomfortable. No waiting area, standing only. Unhappy about the change, couldn't wait to leave. After 5+ years, won't return. Hope those responsible see this, losing long-term clients for comfort, privacy, and top-notch service.
