I initially visited for the Swedish and armpit sugaring service but then it was recommended that I try the kelp wax because it’s less painful and just as effective as sugaring. BEST DECISION EVER! Riley waxed me down and she worked so quickly and surprisingly the complete leg service without the kelp wax was the most painful but still bearable! I came for the complete leg service with regular honey wax and was finished in under an hour with all 3 services completed. I must mention, they do utilize the roll-on wax as their standard so if cleanliness is a concern for you, definitely choose something else. Both the receptionist and Riley were extremely kind, reassuring, and helpful. I had to return because Alexia botched the initial color job. After 3 hours and a payment of $340, I definitely did not resemble a blonde. I immediately pointed out that the color was incorrect. Alexia mentioned on Instagram that I could return for up to 6 blonde stripes fixed for free, but any additional corrections would incur extra charges. When I arrived for the second appointment to rectify the mistake, I discovered that it had been canceled due to the colorist's illness (seriously?). No one bothered to inform me. Instead of a simple apology and a promise to reschedule, the owner verbally attacked me, claiming I arrived with orange hair and that they had fixed it. Who treats new clients in such a disrespectful manner? Timothy, your behavior was rude and uncalled for. You have shown your true colors. I wish you peace and happiness in your life.
