I have frequented this establishment for several years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I requested a full-body massage followed by a 30-minute foot massage. However, they insisted on conducting the foot massage in the front chairs, which I knew were not cleaned or changed regularly. Despite my reservations, I proceeded. After the foot massage, they claimed to be too busy to provide the full 30-minute back massage and instead offered a chair massage, which I declined. To add to the frustration, a male customer who arrived after my friend and me was taken in for a massage before us. We visit for quality massages, so this treatment was perplexing. Typically, I adore my dip manicures here, but during my recent visit with Linda, she utilized a different technique. Unfortunately, my nails have already begun chipping and cracking just one week later. Moreover, it took her nearly an hour solely to remove my previous dip manicure. She applied some kind of clear adhesive-looking substance on my nails that air-dried, as opposed to the usual method of finishing with a gel coat. Having had over 5 dip manicures at other salons, I am uncertain about what she was even doing!
