I've been frequenting this place for over 5 years whenever I visit NYC - it's one of my initial stops after a lengthy flight. In summary, they provide consistently excellent deep-tissue massages, listen to your needs to customize your session, and the price-to-value ratio is unbeatable. It can get quite busy (so calling ahead is advisable), but I've never felt rushed. The manager who welcomes you is exceptionally kind and professional, managing a spotless establishment that caters to individuals of all genders. My last session with Jenny not only relieved my stubborn knots but also included an incredibly soothing head massage (I may have unintentionally snored a few times - apologies to any other patrons I may have disturbed). Rest assured, all the other massage therapists I've had here have been equally fantastic. Don't hesitate to schedule your next massage here - you won't be disappointed. Typically, I adore my dip manicures here, but during my recent visit with Linda, she utilized a different technique. Unfortunately, my nails have already begun chipping and cracking just one week later. Moreover, it took her nearly an hour solely to remove my previous dip manicure. She applied some kind of clear adhesive-looking substance on my nails that air-dried, as opposed to the usual method of finishing with a gel coat. Having had over 5 dip manicures at other salons, I am uncertain about what she was even doing! It's quite simple otherwise to wander around the block wondering where they are. That being said this place is a luxury barber shop that is priced very reasonably. Future Monarch of England Prince William actually had his haircut at one of the London locations. They excel in quality old school barber trade, and I was very pleased with my haircut from Jacob! They offer a wide range of services from skin fades to beard trims and hair washes and face cleaning etc. It's a fantastic full service barber shop and I would recommend visiting if you're in the area!About

This establishment did not meet my expectations. Initially, the individual took an excessive amount of time despite my time constraints. She had assured me it would be completed promptly, yet it took nearly 2 hours for a dip without prior removal. Furthermore, the quality of my nails was subpar. Varying lengths, a single coat of powder resulting in a patchy and translucent finish, uneven surfaces, and inconsistent nail shapes. The pricing was exorbitant, $55 for regular dip powder escalating to $89 with a tip, a $34 increase for gratuity alone. I was astounded by the cost considering the unsatisfactory outcome. I do not intend to return. The discrepancy in nail appearance is evident in the photo, with distinct differences between my left and right hand. Upon expressing my discontent with the owner, no amends were offered. This experience was unprecedented, and I seek appropriate compensation.
Edit: Three nails broke within two days due to excessive drilling, and all nails detached within a week. Unbelievable.About
