My friend surprised me with a few sessions at Satori Laser to celebrate my recent engagement. The technician assigned to me was Sara Kang, and she was absolutely fantastic! She assured me that the process would be quick, easy, and painless. I was amazed at how true her words were - all thanks to her and the techniques she used to make my visit comfortable! The front desk staff were very kind and even guided me to the check-in area for my appointment. I appreciated that the facility was well-maintained and clean; I didn't mind waiting while they prepared the room for my session. The professionalism and thoroughness of the staff were commendable. I will definitely be returning soon!
Experiencing severe razor burn today, quite unlike any I've had before. Appreciate the service & the friendly staff, and overall pricing seems fair. They consistently check in with you during the session... BUT if you happen to have any fuzz or missed hair follicles, the technician will resort to using a cheap razor to shave you - sometimes a bit too aggressively... I ended up with the worst razor burn because my skin was clean and lacked any moisturizer before the laser treatment (especially with the cold, dry weather outside)... Perhaps I should have brought my own razor as I'm unsure if they use disposable ones or share them among patients?? I'm now hairless, which is great, but my skin is on fire tonight.
