Extremely dissatisfied with the service here. The haircut was passable, but after washing it myself, I noticed it was uneven. I had to visit another salon to fix the highlights. The front part of my hair was notably darker, especially on one side, as if some areas were completely missed. When I brought this up to the stylist, she insisted that's how highlights are supposed to look and disagreed with me. It looked even worse under better lighting after I left.
I'm not one to frequently change my hair or have a specific idea in mind when I do decide for a change! If you're in a similar boat, Salon VMS is the place for you.
Avoid this place! I requested ashy/cool blond highlights but ended up with chunky orange and brassy highlights. I clearly explained to Lydia that my hair lightens quickly, yet she left the bleach on for too long, causing excessive damage and my scalp is still burning. I sought a second opinion at a different salon today, and they confirmed that the color, application, and thickness of the highlights were subpar. @Vlad, I demand a refund.
