This nail salon is truly exceptional. I've tried manicures, pedicures, and gel-x here, and every service has been of the highest quality at a reasonable price in a calming atmosphere. I've never felt rushed, and I always leave with a smile on my face. Despite moving to a different area, I still choose to return to this salon as it is the best I've experienced.
I discovered this place through a TikTok video. I requested a gel pedicure and gel X manicure. I also informed the technician, Suki, that I had acrylic on my big toes that needed to be removed. Despite my insistence, Suki did not remove the acrylic properly. She provided a good pedicure and had excellent reflexology skills. However, she filed my toenail excessively, almost flattening the acrylic to the nail bed. When I asked her to remove the acrylic, she claimed it was a different substance. She even mentioned "toe fungus" in her language, which I understood. Suki was rough during the pedicure, using my toes as spacers while painting. She also gave a rough shoulder massage without considering my discomfort. As a nurse, I know I don't have fungus. I paid $177 for a basic mani-pedi and tipped $20, but the service was not up to par. I will seek better service elsewhere.
I had a fantastic experience at this salon with gel x! It was my first time trying it out, and I found the price of $85 to be quite reasonable. The attention to detail, precision in shaping and trimming my cuticles, and the willingness to listen to my preferences were all top-notch. I highly recommend this salon! Additionally, the salon is impeccably clean and offers a rewards program.
