Every visit to QQ Nails & Spa is consistently delightful. The establishment is always impeccably clean. The team members are unfailingly courteous, but my go-to technician is Harper. They are exceedingly amiable, skilled, and accommodating. When seeking advice on colors, Harper is always ready to assist. They have a keen eye for current trends. Harper takes their time and consistently strives for excellence. Their dedication shines through in every appointment! I receive endless compliments on my nails thanks to Harper. I wholeheartedly endorse them to all my acquaintances. Harper is a gifted Luminary! 🌟 🤩
The venue is pleasant and service is prompt, but regrettably, it was one of the most subpar pedicures I've ever received, and it came with a steep price tag. The polish was clumpy, and my nails were noticeably uneven. I had to request multiple adjustments, yet even after that, the outcome was still lackluster (see final images below). Quite disheartening for a $100 spa gel pedicure that I could have executed better myself. I would appreciate it if the management could contact me if feasible.

The atmosphere of the spa is serene and spotless, offering a tranquil retreat from the urban bustle. My manicure and pedicure were executed with precision, yielding breathtaking results. The pricing is justified by the superb service rendered. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone in search of a premium nail care experience in Manhattan!
