I initially visited for the Swedish and armpit sugaring service but then it was recommended that I try the kelp wax because it’s less painful and just as effective as sugaring. BEST DECISION EVER! Riley waxed me down and she worked so quickly and surprisingly the complete leg service without the kelp wax was the most painful but still bearable! I came for the complete leg service with regular honey wax and was finished in under an hour with all 3 services completed. I must mention, they do utilize the roll-on wax as their standard so if cleanliness is a concern for you, definitely choose something else. Both the receptionist and Riley were extremely kind, reassuring, and helpful. It’s the best service I’ve ever had in all my years of getting waxed, I highly recommend!
Awful experience. I had my eyebrows threaded here on Jan 26 and I didn’t catch the individual's name but she did a terrible job. I have sensitive skin but I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and I’ve never had such a painful experience. When she said she was finished, she didn’t even offer me a mirror to check them, I had to go to the mirror and I was completely disappointed and shocked. Firstly, my eyebrows were so swollen and red, I was literally developing welts and she didn’t even suggest aloe, I had to REQUEST it from her. My eyebrows were so swollen I couldn’t even see the work she did. I got home and realized that my eyebrows were completely uneven. My left eyebrow looks a disaster and it has gaps because she couldn’t even thread the top of my brow consistently. I’m furious about this whole experience, do not visit here.
