Nail Stage

This establishment did not meet my expectations. Initially, the individual took an excessive amount of time despite my time constraints. She had assured me it would be completed promptly, yet it took nearly 2 hours for a dip without prior removal. Furthermore, the quality of my nails was subpar. Varying lengths, a single coat of powder resulting in a patchy and translucent finish, uneven surfaces, and inconsistent nail shapes. The pricing was exorbitant, $55 for regular dip powder escalating to $89 with a tip, a $34 increase for gratuity alone. I was astounded by the cost considering the unsatisfactory outcome. I do not intend to return. The discrepancy in nail appearance is evident in the photo, with distinct differences between my left and right hand. Upon expressing my discontent with the owner, no amends were offered. This experience was unprecedented, and I seek appropriate compensation. Edit: Three nails broke within two days due to excessive drilling, and all nails detached within a week. Unbelievable.

During my visit to New York from Australia, I opted for gel nails in anticipation of Christmas. The shellac nails provided were of exceptional quality, maintaining their appearance even after two weeks. They adeptly repaired three torn nails and delivered exceptional service. As a delightful touch, I received a small Christmas gift. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you!

This nail salon was a disappointment. I received a gel manicure without extensions or a pedicure, yet was charged $120 and pressured to tip despite unsatisfactory service, incorrect color selection, and unfriendly staff.
