I was a bit hesitant about coming in for a piercing here due to the mixed reviews. However, I'm so glad I decided to give it a try. My original appointment was scheduled for 2pm online, but upon arriving early, I was kindly asked to return at 3pm as there was a client who arrived late before me. Thankfully, I wasn't in a hurry, so I happily waited. The staff who allowed me to browse the different pieces while waiting for the stylist were very helpful and genuine. As for the stylist, Niki, I can only speak highly of her! Thank you for taking the time to explain everything and for the meticulous step-by-step process before the actual piercing. It gave me great confidence that I was in good hands. Niki's level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. I'm delighted she was the one assisting me that day. I will definitely be returning here.
