I have frequented this establishment for several years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I requested a full-body massage followed by a 30-minute foot massage. However, they insisted on conducting the foot massage in the front chairs, which I knew were not cleaned or changed regularly. Despite my reservations, I proceeded. After the foot massage, they claimed to be too busy to provide the full 30-minute back massage and instead offered a chair massage, which I declined. To add to the frustration, a male customer who arrived after my friend and me was taken in for a massage before us. We visit for quality massages, so this treatment was perplexing. While I am a generous tipper and value good service, I will not be returning to this establishment.
