Upon entering, everyone is incredibly welcoming and well-informed. I see Emma, and she is absolutely amazing. I genuinely feel and witness the cleanliness of my skin after my session with her, and she suggests products that are budget-friendly and easy to integrate into my daily routine. With multiple locations, it's reassuring to know I have options when I travel and can keep up with my monthly facials. The whole team is truly exceptional, and the customer service is incredibly helpful and delightful. They even sent me a text to wish me a Happy Valentine’s Day :)
