Federica and Agatha are exceptional! All of the salon team members are gracious and inviting. Truly appreciated the impromptu appointment while visiting and the superb color, highlights, cut, and style!
The salon is remarkably spacious and the staff from the entrance incredibly delightful. The products they use are top-notch, and Ingrid, my hairdresser, did a splendid job with my hair. Always cheerful and welcoming, she takes her time to create the perfect Hollywood-style hair. I adored the fact that everyone admired my hair that evening ❤️ I highly recommend Ingrid.
I scheduled a hair wash and blowout service at this salon as I was staying nearby and recuperating from a recent surgery that made washing my hair impossible. The salon accommodated my need for extra pillows during the wash, and everyone was incredibly warm and kind. Ingrid, my stylist, was so skilled and friendly. I adored my hair, and she was such a delightful person to converse with during my recovery. I also enjoyed the space - very airy and bright, and the playlist was fantastic - all the great 90s and 2000s pop hits, it felt like a truly uplifting atmosphere. I am not from the area, but if I am ever in NYC again, I will definitely visit the salon for any styling needs.
