Typically, I adore my dip manicures here, but during my recent visit with Linda, she utilized a different technique. Unfortunately, my nails have already begun chipping and cracking just one week later. Moreover, it took her nearly an hour solely to remove my previous dip manicure. She applied some kind of clear adhesive-looking substance on my nails that air-dried, as opposed to the usual method of finishing with a gel coat. Having had over 5 dip manicures at other salons, I am uncertain about what she was even doing! If you choose to visit this salon, avoid getting gel with Linda, and perhaps consider removing your polish at home as their process can take over 30 minutes.

Today, I encountered the most dreadful experience I have ever had at this establishment. I called in advance and requested an acrylic nail refill along with a gel pedicure. While there, I decided to include a callus treatment for my feet, nail art, and French tips. The pedicure felt excessively rushed as it was nearing closing time. It was evident that the nail technician was eager to wrap up and depart. The callus treatment did not feel worth the $15 I paid. During my manicure, the technician kept interrupting my session to assist other clients or address inquiries. I ended up staying an hour past closing time so she could complete my nails, and unfortunately, the outcome was subpar. She justified her poor performance by claiming fatigue from a long day. I chose not to make a fuss until it was time to settle the bill, and to my dismay, it was exorbitant. I was charged $55 for the refill, $20 for gel polish, $10 for nail art on just two nails, and $10 for French tips. This was solely for the manicure/refill; the gel pedicure incurred an additional charge. I have never paid such a hefty sum for nail services. A nail refill should inherently include the polish. Period. While I understand the additional charges for the art and French tips, considering the unsatisfactory execution, she should not have billed me the full amount. I am left to assume she recognized we were not local and opted to overcharge us. Save both your money and time by seeking services elsewhere. With the amount I paid, I could have indulged in a genuine spa experience!

I meticulously examined all the critiques before my visit and felt a tad apprehensive due to the multitude of 1-star reviews. However, disregard them, as this establishment was truly fantastic! My nails now look stunning, and the overall experience was both calming and delightful. To top it off, they even provide a brief shoulder massage at the conclusion of your manicure. I opted for eyebrow waxing, a pedicure with a massage, and a gel manicure. I would rate all services a perfect 10 out of 10.
