I adore ww med spa. I am quite particular, but Sabrina did an exceptional job with the hydra facial! I couldn't be happier. After today's first visit, I immediately purchased a package because my skin feels incredibly clean and rejuvenated! I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
Received a gift voucher and decided to give them a chance. The first appointment was decent, but they pressured me into buying a face mask and serum for an additional $35, plus tax and a mandatory minimum tip of $20. They offered a two-session facial package for $115, which I accepted. What I wasn't informed about was that my credit card information would be kept on file in case of last-minute cancellations or tardiness. I only found out about this when I tried to reschedule. The last two facials were a disaster; my skin suffered greatly each time, and the most recent one was the worst. I now have bruises on my face from the aggressive extraction process that felt like my skin was being torn apart. Despite clearly being in pain, the esthetician displayed no empathy and seemed irritated because I declined to purchase the same mask and serum again. I had already bought them twice, and it was never worth it. This place does not meet the standards of a medical spa. What's even more frustrating is that they were constantly going in and out of the room, never having everything prepared, and to top it off, they always wore flip-flops for some inexplicable reason, creating a constant flapping noise that was far from relaxing.
I would strongly advise against visiting this place. I received a voucher last year and after my initial facial, I was coerced into purchasing a 2-session package. The esthetician who attended to me for the first and second appointments was absent during my most recent visit on 8/19/23. The first session was tolerable but the esthetician was insistent, especially about the tip. By the second visit, I knew I wouldn't return, but I reluctantly scheduled my final session since I had already paid in advance. The pain I experienced during this facial was unbearable. It was more agonizing than a Brazilian wax! The esthetician kept repeating "beauty is pain" while laughing at my discomfort. She even had the audacity to inquire if I had children because apparently, if I did, I wouldn't be in as much agony. She was forceful, insistent, and completely lacking in gentleness. I was in actual tears (not the usual ones from extractions). She showed no concern, made no effort to comfort me in any way. Today, on 8/21/23, my face is covered in breakouts, dry, and I have patches resembling a chemical burn. This establishment should be closed down.
