The front part of my hair was notably darker, especially on one side, as if some areas were completely missed. When I brought this up to the stylist, she insisted that's how highlights are supposed to look and disagreed with me. Unfortunately, my nails have already begun chipping and cracking just one week later. Moreover, it took her nearly an hour solely to remove my previous dip manicure. She applied some kind of clear adhesive-looking substance on my nails that air-dried, as opposed to the usual method of finishing with a gel coat. Having had over 5 dip manicures at other salons, I am uncertain about what she was even doing!
