Extremely dissatisfied with the service here. The haircut was passable, but after washing it myself, I noticed it was uneven. I had to visit another salon to fix the highlights. The front part of my hair was notably darker, especially on one side, as if some areas were completely missed. When I brought this up to the stylist, she insisted that's how highlights are supposed to look and disagreed with me. I have been going to David for 7 years now and have always left completely satisfied, unlike when I have to get a haircut when I am out of town. For NYC, her prices are very reasonable. She also is highly skilled with both clippers and scissors which isn't always the case when you are looking to get a fade and keep it long up top. The doctor promptly assessed my condition and identified the heel pain as a heel spur, assuring me that he could effectively treat it. On the same day, he addressed the ingrown nails and performed a minor procedure with minimal recovery time to eliminate the heel spur. Within a few days, I was back on my feet with no issues. We were told that some of the finest views of the city could be seen from Rockefeller Center so we opted to purchase the VIP passes for it. It was truly worth it. We were able to bypass lines, had access to a private lounge to relax in before the tour, and had a knowledgeable guide to provide us with information about the building's history. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The tour was exceptional, the entire building was stunning, and the experience was flawless. I cannot recommend it enough, and if you have the means, definitely opt for the VIP passes.
