I recently went to Delger for the first time and they are amazing. I adore my lashes and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. I was running late - and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing - and the most comfortable "bed" I've ever experienced in a salon. They are extremely gentle and the lashes are stunning. Due to my tardiness, they had to do a different set - which turned out great. I've been getting lash extensions for 10 years and this is by far the best overall experience I've had. Opted for the 90-minute session, Alex quickly identified my problem areas. The massage was intense yet soothing, never crossing into painful territory. I left feeling significantly better and will certainly return (I strongly urge you to give Alex a try). I wish I could offer a more positive review because the staff is incredibly kind, but unfortunately, I cannot. Everything about my acrylic manicure was flawless - except inexplicably, each of my nails has these strange specks and black particles in them. They are only visible under direct sunlight, which is why I did not notice them at the salon. I am unsure if it's due to inadequate cleaning of the nails before the final coat or if there was contamination in the acrylic powder itself, resulting in debris. I am truly dissatisfied with the unsightly appearance of my nails.
The dark specks and white residue embedded in the powder are distinctly visible upon close inspection even after washing my hands and wiping my nails. The nail color I selected was meant to be a solid blue. I have never encountered this issue at any other nail salon before, hence I am perplexed and somewhat repulsed by what transpired this time.About

I came here hoping for a higher class and quality nail salon but I was mistaken. I asked for the chrome gel manicure, I was told upfront it was $80. It’s a steep price tag (a nail salon downtown charges $50 for the same service) but I was happy to pay the price but with the expectation the service would be equivalent to the price. After patiently waiting 10 mins for the technician, she started with me all frazzled and rushing. No one should use an e-file if they do not receive the proper training on how to use them. I have one at home that I use for my own cuticles and never damage my nails in the process. She started filing down my nails at the nail bed instead of the cuticle which was hurting me. She told me I needed to relax and I asked her to please only lift and file the cuticle, NOT my nail.
She continued to proceed so I asked her to use cuticle oil and cuticle cutters and that I was switching to a regular manicure. She proceeded to comment on “how bad” my cuticles were. I took a photo one week later with the damage to my nail.
To make it more annoying, when another technician asked her why the manicure was switched she said “she changed her mind and doesn’t want to pay for the gel.” I didn’t change my mind because of the price, I changed my mind because I didn’t feel it was right for me to pay $80 for someone to ruin my nails. She also did a poor job painting the nails.
Only giving 1 star because I paid for a 10 minute massage and the gentleman who was the masseuse was exceptional.
