If one seeks a spot for affordable facials and peels in NYC, I highly suggest this place. I've been a loyal patron for over a year and Olga P is superb. She's very knowledgeable and thorough, garnering lots of compliments on my skin. Olga gives great skincare product suggestions and teaches how to use them effectively. The sunscreen she recommended is a favorite. The entire team is friendly, efficient, and the establishment is always clean, organized, and calming. This is my nails after 3 weeks. Absolutely love this place. My nail tech (I believe his name is Alex) is very gentle and did a very great job. He made sure that I like the color and the shape before moving on. Iβm pretty picky when it comes to my cuticle skin, he did a great job but it was still not the best for me. The salon was cleaned, all the tools they use were sanitized, which made me so impressed. The pedicure was okay, not too excellent. I guess the pedicurist was new, but theyβre all so nice to me. I paid $50 for my manicure, $60 for pedicure, which I think pretty reasonable. Definitely have to go back if I have a chance.About

My recent visit was a letdown, a loyal customer for years. 5th Ave spot made changes, moving the studio downstairs to the shopping area. They removed comfy chairs for both clients and brow specialists, impacting the end result. No privacy, all eyes on you from inside and outside. Studio now near elevator and their storage, constant foot traffic, loud and uncomfortable. No waiting area, standing only. Unhappy about the change, couldn't wait to leave. After 5+ years, won't return. Hope those responsible see this, losing long-term clients for comfort, privacy, and top-notch service.
