I recently went to Delger for the first time and they are amazing. I adore my lashes and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. I was running late - and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing - and the most comfortable "bed" I've ever experienced in a salon. They are extremely gentle and the lashes are stunning. Due to my tardiness, they had to do a different set - which turned out great. I've been getting lash extensions for 10 years and this is by far the best overall experience I've had. The studio is pleasant, I had my lashes done there twice. Unfortunately, the second time they all fell out in nearly 2 weeks... The staff is really kind and attractive but the manager was quite rude. After I explained the situation and lodged a complaint, they offered me a 10% discount, but I declined. I never returned. They removed comfy chairs for both clients and brow specialists, impacting the end result. No privacy, all eyes on you from inside and outside. Studio now near elevator and their storage, constant foot traffic, loud and uncomfortable. No waiting area, standing only. Unhappy about the change, couldn't wait to leave. After 5+ years, won't return. Hope those responsible see this, losing long-term clients for comfort, privacy, and top-notch service.
