I've finally found my go-to HAIRDRESSER. Constantin Hair Studio in the Upper East Side is where I go. Jessica, my stylist, is simply amazing. My hair is naturally curly, but I prefer it super straight with micro bangs that need frequent trimming. Jessica always delivers with precision. I regularly get my hair colored and treated with keratin, and she keeps it looking shiny and healthy. Her haircuts are top-notch, which is essential for my bold hairstyle. She genuinely cares about my hair, just like I do. Jessica is a perfectionist, and it shows. I've had strangers complimenting my hair on the street because of her work. The owner and the salon staff also make sure that I feel comfortable. I absolutely adore this salon!
This has been one of the worst experiences I've had. I arrived at 6 PM when the salon was empty and open until 7 PM, yet I felt unwelcome. Shockingly, Constantin admitted to being too lazy to use scissors and insisted on using clippers to finish quickly. I can't understand how this salon gets positive reviews, especially after my awful visit. I strongly advise finding another salon with better service.
