Every person employed here is an absolute delight!
I've never seen an employee last more than 3 months in this store...and I'm a local. I had a worker (I believe her name was Kate or Kim) shadow me around the shop and give me a judgmental look when I inquired about purchasing an eyeliner. The tipping point for me never returning was overhearing two employees gossip loudly about the Trish McEvoy staff member who was behaving aggressively towards other female coworkers, yet the management turned a blind eye. If this toxic environment is the reason for the high turnover rate and constant vacancies in this store, then it's no wonder. Sadly, the lack of customers in this store seems to reflect the negative atmosphere.
