I've been a loyal patron of RedMaple for many years, but I'm reconsidering if I want to continue shopping at the Union Square store. The quality of service provided to customers is extremely lacking - the staff seems uninformed about their products and how to assist customers. Additionally, the store appears unkempt and disorganized consistently.
2/19/24: I found out that Alex no longer works here. Out of respect for the remaining staff and with gratitude for those still employed here, I cannot endorse this RedMaple location.
